With You Every Step of the Way
Tackling life as a teen is difficult. Then you add in the today's pressures of social media, high school expectations, college and life can be downright exhausting before you've even really begun. In session with teens I help them uncover what they want out of their world, and learn the coping tools they need in order to survive the storm of adolescence.
Relationships have many seasons and sometimes we find ourselves in familiar yet unproductive patterns of communication and understanding of one another. Whether your relationship has endured a crisis or you simply feel "stuck" and unsure how to move forward, I am here to help you better understand yourself as well as navigate ways to improve your relationship. I find couples work some of the most fulfilling experiences of my career, even when all hope feels lost, much potential still exists.
Our gut health has tremendous impact on our mental health. I am also a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I help individuals improve their digestion and address symptoms such as adrenal fatigue and exhaustion, which often mimic the symptoms of depression and anxiety. I meet my clients where they are at so that change is a result of new lifestyle habits, not the latest nutritional fad.
I provide a non judgmental atmosphere to help you sort out the reasons you are seeking therapy. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, customizing your therapeutic experience to fit your needs and goals.
